What is contract processing (CP) and who must enter a CP contract?

Individual creators who have registered in CultureBase, agree to the terms of useage, in order to present thelmselves as artists in the network, do not have to conclude a processing contract with Kulturserver.
They can rely on us to handle their personal data in accordance with the terms of use. 

We engage in order processing contracts with culture institutions that process personal data themselves and have passed the processing on to us.
