A large number of cultural professionals within the CultureBase network contribute to creating a continuously growing and renewing resource that makes information about art and culture accessible to everyone on the internet and beyond. This is done in an ad-free space, ensuring the exchange of core cultural information with the public and network partners, free from commercial interests. The kulturserver.de gGmbH foundation has been working on this comprehensive cultural data network for many years.
The financing of CultureBase presents a significant challenge at all times. In addition to operating the entire technical infrastructure that supports the network, substantial resources are required for the continuous renewal and development of structures and software. Another important task is the ongoing growth of the network and the support of network partners.
Therefore, we welcome any member of the CultureBase network who contributes a small or larger financial donation to support the entire network.
Since CultureBase is used in very different ways by a variety of network members, CultureBase-Maintenance follows a cooperative approach in its conceptual design. CultureBase-Maintenance is aimed at all members of the network, encouraging their financial contribution to ensure the smooth operation and thus the foundation for the expansion and further development of CultureBase. The financial capacity of each member is taken into account.
CultureBase-Maintenance is understood solely as a contribution for care, maintenance, and upkeep, not as a budget for building and maintaining websites. The contributions are used for general servers, administration, the development and further development of tools, and the helpdesk for the network. In other words, the contributions make long-term and efficient collaboration within the network possible. With a private support membership, you can directly support the CultureBase project, helping to continue the achievements and enable the expansion and further development of CultureBase. In doing so, you contribute to ensuring that cultural professionals and cultural organizations will continue to have access to the basic services of CultureBase free of charge in the future.

Institutional Support Membership
An institutional support membership allows you to directly support the CultureBase project, helping to continue the achievements and enable the expansion and further development of CultureBase. You contribute to ensuring that cultural professionals and cultural organizations will continue to have access to the basic services of CultureBase free of charge in the future.
